Returns and refunds
In the case of transit damage, whereby the Products are damaged upon delivery; either refuse delivery of the Product, or notify the Seller of the damage within 48 hours of delivery of the Order.
If there is a fault with a Product, arising within the first 28 days, please contact the Seller to arrange either a refund or a replacement. This does not include issues occurring due to misuse, accidents or neglect of a Product.
If we are unable to repair or replace the Product within a reasonable time, the Consumer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the Product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced Products to Consumer and Consumer will be responsible for return shipment of the Product to us.
For any undamaged product, simply return it in perfect condition, with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please note the following: Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
We reserve the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
